Top Industry Award for OUTsurance
September 9 - OUTsurance has proven once again why this group is
number one among adult South Africans looking for quality insurance products.
The short term insurance group scooped its fifth Sunday Times Top Brands
Award in a period of six years at the 2009 ceremony held at Lexus Fourways in
Johannesburg last week.
3500 consumers from across the country were asked about their favourite
brands and products, and were asked to rate the brands on a 'one to ten' basis.
The consumers came from all walks of life and across all socio economic
groups in South Africa.
"We are extremely proud of receiving this award and would like to thank all
our clients for making us South Africa's most loved short term insurer for car
insurance, household insurance and business insurance," said the Head of
Marketing for the group, Peter Cronje.
Consumers were asked to provide scores in a number of categories, including
commitment, familiarity and trust and confidence.
"Being voted South Africa's favourite brand for insurance also means that
people's expectations of what we should deliver will be as high as ever," said
Cronje.
"That's why we'll continue to work relentlessly at improving our service
further so that we can hold onto the number one position in this extremely
competitive environment."
OUTsurance provides direct short term insurance in a number of fields,
including car insurance, household insurance and business products.
